Desander Is An Indispensable Solids Control Equipment for Drilling

Desander is used to process large volumes of drilling fluid to remove abrasive sands and silts that shale shakers cannot remove.

KOSUN LCS series desander is a combination of cyclone desander and shale shaker of drilling fluids. The high chromium cast iron is used for hydrocyclone. The lower little shale shaker is elliptical. The vibration generator is driven by vibration motor, which makes the screen box keep a integral forward elliptical motion.

Feature of KOSUN LCS Series Desander

Consists of 10“ or 12“ hydraulic cones and manifold with convenient maintenance. The cones are made of high degree wear resistant material which ensures a longer working life. The underflow opening controls the capacity by adjusting its size.
