Purpose of Jet Mud Mixer
Jet mud mixer is used to make up drilling mud or increase total amount of the drilling mud, change the mud density, viscosity, and dehydration. When making up again, put the materials of drilling mud (such as bentonite and barite powder) and corresponding chemical additives (such as polymer) into the recycle tank through the jet unit. Here, we should note is that the materials of drilling mud and chemical additives can not be put directly in case of deposited largely or dump together. Thus, we can’t obtain diffused and well-proportioned drilling fluid.
Jet Mud Mixer usually consists of a sand pump and a jet flow mixed funnel with manifold valve connection installed in a base of single Jet Mud Mixer device , or by two two pump and two sets of double funnel Jet Mud Mixer .
