Deeply Customized Solids Control Equipment in Favor

In mid April, KOSUN shipped two decanting centrifuges and one vacuum degasser customized for a customer in the Middle East to his drilling project site.

In 2014, KOSUN customized Black Rhino Linear Motion Shale Shaker and D355 Decanter Centrifuge for a well-known oil service company in the Middle East. KOSUN equipment wins the customer’s praise for their stable and excellent working performance on drilling sites. This new customer learned of field performance and treatment efficiency of KOSUN products from the company and proactively contacted KOSUN International Business Department. From several products recommended by KOSUN business personnel, the customer finally chose VD240 Vacuum Degasser and D450L centrifuge suitable for their company system.

KOSUN DC Series Decanter Centrifuge Features and Benefits:

1. Innovatively make the drum much longer so that the drilling fluids may stay longer in the barrate, thus making the separated solids drier and the separation point finer.

2. Big bowl, big volume, high G force available.

3. Stainless steel bowl, scroll, compartment and cover resist corrosion and provide long service life.

4. Tungsten carbide scroll points with wide spacing flights at tapered end create a finer layer of conveyed solids for consistent, uniform separation and maximum solids control efficiency.

5. The quality bearings manufactured by German FAG or Swedish SKF are used.

6. The electric components conform with the explosion-proof regulations of Siemens and Schnreider as well as IECEx.

7. Screw pump,centrifugal pump and feeding pump are applied to satisfy different demands.

Equipment has been manufactured by mid April and has passed all tests conducted by Quality Inspection Department. It takes only eight days from order placing to goods shipping. The equipment is ready for shipment to the customer.
